RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your Lola Swift purchase, but understand that there may be occasions when you need to return your item or you would like an exchange.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.

REFUNDS

Firstly, please email us at hello@lolaswift.co.uk with details of your return request. We will then provide you with an address to which you should send your item.

Please note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item by post, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
