These sessions are perfect for those who need guidance and inspiration. We'll work together on your colour scheme and design ideas that suit your style and budget. This session can be used as a one-off or as an introduction to more services.
Room Makeovers and Home renovations
Whether we’re focusing on one room or a complete renovation, I'm here to help. I'll create a manageable plan and design scheme ready to implement on time and within your budget, transforming your space into a beautiful home.
Local Trades and Artisan Makers
Whatever the size of your project, I work with many trusted local trades, such as architects, project managers, builders, joiners, decorators, upholsters, and curtain makers, all ready to provide you with the skilled service you need. I also have trade accounts with many fabric, wallpaper and furniture retailers offering cost-saving solutions.
At the heart of my work is a comfortable understanding of how and where to use colour and tactile materials to create original and lived-in homes. The foundation of a good room design is listening to the needs of the people living in it, providing a balance of style, fun, and practicality, and bringing their personalities into the home.
1:1 Design Consultation
This consultation can be used as a one-off design session or an introduction to more services.
During the consultation, we'll explore your design ideas and find creative yet practical solutions for your space, whether you want to transform the layout, update paint colours and furniture, or add a fresh touch with new soft furnishings.
I understand that incorporating colour, pattern and texture into home decor can sometimes feel overwhelming. Consider me your fresh pair of expert eyes, bringing inspiration and creativity to your home.
I'm available to help you in person if you're in Bath or within a 10-mile radius and virtually if you prefer.
The session is £120 per hour.

Spatial Planning
Designing rooms that flow, I’ll provide you with a clear layout with efficient use of space considering furniture, light and storage.

Lighting
I help source appropriate lighting, considering the three key aspects to remember - ambient, task and accent lighting. I can also assist in producing electrical plans.

Design Scheme, Sourcing and Purchasing
Working collaboratively with you ensures I design room schemes that include your ideas along with practical and creative solutions, including colour palettes, fabrics for soft furnishings, flooring, wall coverings, furniture, light fittings, and decorative accessories. I’ll also share my trade discounts and provide trade partners.

Soft Furnishings
The path to a cosy and finished room is through your soft furnishings.
Using selected retailers or creating bespoke interior designs, I’ll find the best solution for you. I work closely with artisan makers, providing beautiful bespoke soft furnishings, upholstery, or hand-sewn curtains and blinds.

We start with a meeting in your home or workplace to discuss your requirements and get a feel for your lifestyle. Listening and documenting your needs to provide you with a clear brief. Following our meeting, I will send you a proposal outlining my design services and the fees.

Once I have a clear understanding of your desired style and requirements, I produce plans, which can include lighting and electrical plans. I will develop room schemes, including paint colours, fabrics, flooring, detailed furniture selections, accessories and soft furnishings. After all items are chosen, detailed estimates are provided.

I am happy to work with your contractors or recommend trusted trades; I can work with all involved to ensure work is progressing on schedule and to the desired standard. It also allows us to schedule the ordering and delivery of all carefully selected finished products.

I will be there to assist from start to finish and will be on hand for all your questions and concerns, from hanging artwork to placing cushions on sofas, making sure you are happy and love the finished space.
